Borups Corners

In 2019, the Nuclear Waste Management Organization announced the community of Ignace and our local area is one of two continuing in the site selection process. This decision followed several years of progressively more detailed study and engagement.

The Dyment Recreation Hall now has equipment for videoconferencing thanks to support from the Nuclear Waste Management Organization.

Melgund Township is comprised of the two unorganized communities of Dyment and Borups Corners.
